Brandi Head brings over 20 years of business expertise to her role as a trusted advisor to established small business and nonprofit clients. Driven by a passion for empowering business leaders, she guides them toward the achievement of their strategic goals and helps them build resilient, thriving organizations.

While working for leading financial services firms, Ms. Head facilitated financing for businesses and local governments. She also drove operational excellence, enhanced efficiency and reduced risk, leading to measurable gains in productivity and cost savings. Additionally, she has delivered comprehensive, objective assessments of financial institutions' risk management programs and monitored progress toward remediation of issues.

Ms. Head’s commitment to driving positive change extends beyond her professional work. She has contributed to pro bono consulting teams, where she played a pivotal role in developing strategic plans for nonprofits. As a SCORE Certified Business Mentor, she has coached small business owners, helping them navigate challenges and seize opportunities. Her deep commitment to pro bono work has been the most rewarding aspect of her two-decade career and inspired the founding of Head-On Strategies. Today, Ms. Head continues to provide top-tier consulting, advisory, and implementation services to established nonprofit organizations and small businesses.

Ms. Head has an MBA from Purdue University, as well as company-sponsored executive education from Kellogg School of Management. She has also earned certification in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University and completed Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center’s Milestone Circles program. She has also managed corporate-nonprofit partnerships and led corporate volunteer initiatives for nonprofit organizations. She has held several Board seats and recently served on the Board of Directors for Red Clay Dance Company, where she was responsible for operationalizing its Finance Committee, including charter creation and policy development, and helping to set long-range strategy.
